Firstly the delivery did not take place when we were promised! They then did deliver 3 days later. NO phone call, no apology! One man came and said rather gruffly that someone would have to help him and that it was just kerbside. My husband had to help him get the worktops on our drive. My husband has just had a hip operation and is in his seventies! After paying almost 100 POUNDS JUST FOR DELIVERY! I am disgusted and will not reccommend this company to anyone!! The delivery date was given 3 times and still did not show up! I did ring the company and spoke to a lady who was very nice but could not help me as it was up to the courier company. Absolutely awful uncaring couriers! I feel that workshop express are not interested in how or when their products arrive to the customer who is paying a lot of delivery charge. It is surely incumbent on the company to use a decent courier to ensure customer satisfaction! We had to cancel our builder twice because of this. If the courier company had just phoned to let us know both times that they were not coming that would have been ok if inconvenient. We are angry at how we were treated and then to be told the driver would have to have help from a 70 odd year old invalid and that it was a kerbside delivery only! Not what i expect after all that delivery charge! I will be goingy to trading standards about this as there was a breach of contract by worktop express. They promised delivery on a date and it did not happen.
We went to Wotktop Express after viewing the large range of worktops. We did compare them to other sites but felt they had the best range and were good value for money. We also liked their help guides and videos. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Unfortunately both the worktops we ordered were damaged upon arrival. Our complaint was handled efficiently and quickly and new worktops were sent out. Sadly one of the replacement worktops was also damaged. A new one arrived the following day. It is a shame about the damaged worktops, because I would have given them 5 stars!

Found that the worktop chips very easily which was not expected by us!!
When we received the worktops one has the end bit smashed. Delivery driver was great, he said if we needed the full length then they would replace it the next day, he left me his phone number if any problems, his customer service was great. During the ordering and receiving the worktops I had great customer service.However I feel the worktop is not the best, the end strips were really hard to apply and cut properly according to my joiner, it was a laminate, time will tell, we just replaced the axiom one so it will be interesting to see how it compares over time
As we were unable to look at kitchen worktops during lockdown I ordered samples.. found one that we liked and ordered. We also used the bespoke cutting service as my husband wasn't confident to do this himself although he fitted the kitchen cabinets we had bought a while ago. We are so pleased with the results. The worktops are excellent quality and you can't see the joins at all on the corners giving a really professional look. Delivery was quick and convenient. Would definitely recommend.
Would definitely recommend this site. I was a bit worried as I wasn’t able to see them in a store. Good quality & half the price I was quoted from Howdens.
Completely and utterly hopeless, from understanding my requirements, not advising items were out of stock therefore leaving me without running water in the kitchen for over a week, to amending drawings, the whole experience was horrendous. Considering the simple nature of my requests it took numerous communications for them to get it right. The whole experience was completely frustrating, making doing business with Worktop Express an annoying and expensive experience, the only positive comment I can make is, the worktops were delivered to my door, which I had to pay for.
